穿（うが-つ）：突き抜けて進む。初心貫徹、#高村光太郎 の「僕の前に道はない。僕の後ろに道は出来る」の意味に近いと解釈しています。トレンドに沿って臨機応変に工夫することも時には大切ですが、ブレない志（自分軸）を持って一歩ずつ地道に続けることが最も確実と考えています。

穿 (uga-tsu): Advancing toward goal squarely. In my interpretation, the meaning of this character is similar with "realizing one's original intention" and a poetry "There is no road in front of me. The road behind me will be made" by a Japanese famous poet #Kōtarō_Takamura. Sometimes it is important to be flexible and elaborate with referring to trend, but I believe that the most reliable way is to continue steadily, step by step, with an unwavering ambition.
